Remote Access by TeamViewer

You have two options to launch a remote session:

First Option: Launch TeamViewer and tell us the credentials, the TeamViewer ID of your PC und the Password:

Download and install it first, if necessary:
TeamViewer
You do not need an extra TeamViewer license because we already have a TeamViewer Business license.

Second Option: You start the personalized TeamViewer QuickSupport module, which you can download directly from the TeamViewer server. It is original TeamViewer software which is decorated by TeamViewer with our logo.

Download the TeamViewer QuickSupport Client directly from TeamViewer's website.
